Looking for a casual, consistent, delicious and inexpensive meal? Look no further. The best part about Taco Gordo is their understated commitment to sourcing locally. The tortillas are made in the same building which they are served in, the pork comes from the Champlain Islands, and nowhere in their restaurant will you find the big ‘FARM TO TABLE’ call to attention which so many restaurants are using as a marketing gimmick more than an ethical commitment these days. This is hands-down the best place for margs and tacos in town.
